Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated. Your session begins the moment you’re on the table, not simply at the scheduled time, so you receive the full benefit of your massage. Unlike standard practices of 50- or 55-minute sessions, I dedicate a complete 60 minutes to your treatment. For new clients, I offer an additional 10 minutes to discuss your specific needs and preferences, ensuring the session is truly customized to you.

​Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue massage therapy is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension and holding patterns in the body and is usually done at a much slower pace which can be very meditative and relaxing.

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.

Trigger Point

A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. 

​A trigger point in the back, for example, may produce referral pain in the neck. The neck, now acting as a satellite trigger point, may then cause pain in the head. The pain may be sharp and intense or a dull ache. 

Sports Massage

A must for pre- or post-workout flexibility, recovery, and restoration, sports massage employs deep pressure techniques to targeted muscle groups.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release massage uses gentle pressure and sustained strokes to separate and release layers of fascia.

These types of strokes allow the massage therapist to loosen, stretch, and lengthen muscle tissue. ​

RELAXATION Massage

Most massage treatments will relax you, among other things. With a relaxation massage, relaxing you is the only aim. For this reason, it is one of the most complete and indulgent massages you can have.


Definitions vary, but with us a relaxation massage is usually a full-body treatment involving soft music, soft lighting and aromatherapy oils. You will have a long, luxurious massage which will involve all kinds of techniques.
